Shipping & Returns

✨ I want your experience with my art to be joyful from start to finish, and that includes making shipping and returns simple and worry-free.

Where I Ship

At this time, I ship within the USA only.

How Your Order Ships

Original Paintings & Books

  • Every original painting and book ships free of charge from my studio.

  • I personally pack each order with care, and originals are sent via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Most arrive within 2–3 business days once shipped.

  • Books also ship promptly and always with free shipping.

Prints & Gift Items

  • Prints, framed prints, mugs, phone cases, and other gift items are made to order by my trusted production partner.

  • These items ship directly from their facility and include their standard shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

  • Production and delivery times vary depending on the item and options selected.


Returns

Original Paintings & Books

  • If you are not delighted with your order, you may return it within 14 business days for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Refunds are issued upon safe return.

Prints & Gift Items

  • My production partner will replace or refund for any quality issues or carrier damage.

  • For cancellations or returns due to preference, refunds may not be available once production has started. In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Damages in Transit

  • If something arrives damaged, please save all packaging and contact me right away. I’ll help file a claim or arrange a quick replacement.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Originals & books: please contact me as soon as possible — I can help if your package hasn’t shipped yet.

  • Prints & gift items: once production begins, cancellations may not be possible, or may incur a restocking fee.
